We celebrated Sam's 2nd birthday today. We had a few friends over for cake and cookies. He had eight little kids come over (and their parents) and had a wonderful time. It's hard not having family nearby during days like this; however, we are very lucky that we have dear friends in the church that are there for us on days like today. Sam had a wonderful time. He had many presents but you could tell that the best part of his day was being with his friends and family. What a great kid! More to come!
