FRIDAY - We pulled over at a Sonic this weekend and unbuckled Sam from his car seat. We rolled down his window and the next thing we knew he was hanging out the window. We had never rolled down his window before since it normally has a sun shade on it. It was quite the adventure for him (and for dad who was holding him down in the back seat).
SATURDAY - We spent the day looking for mom's (Erica) Christmas gift. We finally found it! We are now own a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country Limited (mini-van). We knew we had outgrown our Jeep when I got pregnant with Andy. Now as a family of five (including Grandma Nancy), we would need a 'family' car. Ryan had always sworn he would never own one, but at the end he caved in. His only request was that if we HAD TO own a mini-van, it be a cool one. After searching every car company, every make and model...we finally found "the one". This is the mini-van JAMES BOND would own if he owned a mini-van. Ryan was finally content! We traded in our Jeep (bye Horatio!) and are now the proud owners of the BATMOBILE of mini-vans!
(The seats don't have to be in the 'card game' position, but it is cool that they can be!)
Our Jeep's name was Horatio but now we need a name for our mini-van. I like choosing TV heroes (hence Horatio from CSI Miami). Any ideas for our van?

Congrats on the minivan purchase! Trev always said he'd never own one either, but I think I've finally got him convinced....in the next couple of years we'll probably convert over as well. We're so happy for you guys. Hope you are feeling okay, Mama Erica. =) Hang in there, not much longer now!
