Our New House!

We found the perfect house in San Diego. We were very lucky. The owner had tons of interested people but wanted us because we were a military family. He took a risk and waited to rent it until we arrived in San Diego to house hunt. The moment we walked in, Sammy ran to the backyard. He ran through the grass (which he is not use to) and then came back inside and asked if Andy could come out and play. We were hooked. It's 3200 square feet plus two car garage. It has an outdoor built-in barbeque/kitchen area and has been redone head to toe. New wooden floors, new carpet, new paint, new fixtures, new appliances...and it is only a few years old. The owner really wanted to make it a great rental property and he succeeded. It is beautiful. We are so excited about it. We can't wait to move. Just 15 more days!!
