Decorating the Tree!

Sam LOVED helping his dad and me decorate the tree. We were worried that he would take down ornaments or attempt to remove the lights, but he hasn't. Instead, he considers it a work in progress. Everyday, he looks to see what he can "ADD" to the tree. Yesterday, we found a few surprises.

I guess he thought Dad's belt was shinny enough for the tree.

He saw that we put things on the tree that were special to us. What is more special to a pregnant mommy than her bottle of Tums? It would only make sense to put those on the tree too.

He's already walked around the tree this morning looking for a spot to put some more 'special' things. You can't scold a child for being creative. I guess we'll just have a very special tree. At least it will be a memory that we will never forget!
